Moving means many new things: a new home, new neighbours… and often a new way of getting around. How do you travel in and out of the neighbourhood? On foot, by bike, with shared mobility, public transport, or by car?
The municipality and the Amsterdam Transport Authority (Vervoerregio Amsterdam) believe it is important that you can move around the city comfortably. We are curious about how you travel through the city. That is why we are conducting a study into your travel patterns and are offering new residents of the neighbourhood discounts on transportation in the coming months!

Bullewijk is built for cyclists. With wide bike lanes and fast connections, cycling is the quickest and greenest way to move through the neighborhood and the city. In under 3 minutes you can cycle to the Arena, 15 minutes to Gaasperplas, or under 20 minutes to the cozy hotspots of De Pijp. Did you know Amsterdamse Poort shoppingcenter is only a 6-minute bike ride away?
